Job Description
The Research Operations Manager oversees the operational backbone of Jacaranda Health’s research activities, ensuring efficient study execution, data integrity and cross‑functional collaboration across product and impact research streams.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Biomedical Sciences or related field
- • Minimum 5 years experience managing research operations in health or biotech settings
- • Strong organizational, analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- • Experience with data management systems and statistical software
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- • Lead day‑to‑day management of research projects and study timelines
- • Supervise research staff and coordinate with product and implementation teams
- • Ensure data quality, compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements
- • Manage research budgets, contracts and vendor relationships
