Job Description
The Residence Supervisor oversees the daily operations of household staff, including gardeners and cleaners, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards. This role involves planning schedules, assigning duties, monitoring performance, and conducting routine inspections of the property. The supervisor also manages attendance, supplies, and reports any maintenance issues to the employer. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Minimum of 3 years' experience supervising household or property‑maintenance staff
- • Proven ability to coordinate and lead a team effectively
- • Mature, trustworthy, responsible and highly organized
