Job Description
The Resident Physician provides comprehensive clinical care and leadership within the department of clinical medicine. Responsibilities include conducting outpatient clinics, ward rounds, documenting patient histories and managing investigations in line with national and international guidelines. The role requires at least five years of experience and a medical degree, with a focus on patient safety and quality of care.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with valid licensing
- • Minimum 5 years’ experience in internal medicine or related clinical specialty
- • Strong clinical leadership and governance skills
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Conduct physician outpatient clinics and attend to walk‑in and referred patients
- • Perform ward rounds and review in‑patient cases according to standard operating procedures
- • Document patient history, examinations, investigations and management plans accurately
- • Ensure patient privacy, confidentiality and high satisfaction through quality communication
- • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to continuous professional development
- • Support revenue cycle management, including pre‑authorisation and accurate billing
- • Adhere to corporate governance policies and report any fraud or irregularities
- • Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor
