Job Description
The agent will market and sell a premium portfolio of residential properties across Nairobi and coastal locations. They will source, list, and manage properties for sale and rent, conduct viewings and client consultations, and provide pricing and market insights. Building strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants is essential, as is negotiating offers to achieve successful closures. The role offers ongoing training, mentorship, and comprehensive marketing support.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree, HND or Diploma in a relevant field
- • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
- • Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for delivering high‑quality service
- • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email and CRM systems
