Job Description
The Restaurant Manager oversees daily restaurant operations, ensures high service and sanitation standards, assists with menu planning, trains staff, and drives financial performance.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Degree or Diploma in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality or related field
- • Minimum 3 years experience in restaurant operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role in a fine‑dining or upscale Indian restaurant
- • Strong leadership, communication and organizational abilities

- • Supervise daily restaurant operations and staff
- • Assist with menu planning and product presentation
- • Maintain sanitation and food safety standards
- • Support servers and hosts during peak periods
- • Identify and implement training programs to improve service
