Qualifications & Requirements
- • BA/BSc/HND degree.
- • Proven experience managing a sports bar, gastropub, or high‑volume casual dining venue.
- • Strong leadership and team‑development abilities.
- • Excellent budgeting, inventory, and stock‑control skills.
- • Ability to collaborate with marketing and events teams.
