Job Description
The Retail Sales Officer supports store operations by promoting pharmaceutical products, assisting customers, and achieving sales targets. They maintain inventory records, process transactions accurately, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Daily sales performance is reported to management and collaborative promotional activities are implemented.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Diploma or higher in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy or a related field
- • Minimum 1 year experience in retail sales, preferably in pharmaceuticals
- • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- • Ability to meet sales targets and handle cash transactions
