Job Description
The Retail Sales Representative for Syngenta’s Professional Pest Management portfolio drives sales growth by building strong relationships with distributors and retailers. Acts as the product expert, delivering training, monitoring stock levels and ensuring timely payments. Generates demand for pest‑management solutions across the assigned territory and supports customers with technical advice.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BSc/HND) or equivalent.
- • Minimum two years of field sales experience, preferably in agricultural or technical products.
- • Strong customer‑focus and ability to build trust with retail partners.
- • Good computer literacy and proficiency in sales tools.
- • Valid motorbike driving licence and willingness to travel extensively.

- • Develop and execute sales growth strategies for the Professional Pest Management portfolio within the assigned area.
