Job Description
The Retail/Store Supervisor oversees daily store operations, manages staff scheduling and ensures accurate inventory control. Responsibilities include hiring, training, performance evaluation and maintaining proper records of shipments and stock levels. Strong leadership and organizational skills are required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Diploma in Business, Logistics or a related field
- • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, inventory or store supervision

- • Supervise and direct daily activities of store staff (2‑4 personnel)
- • Interview, hire and train clerks, stockers and other warehouse employees
- • Assign jobs and projects to meet deadlines safely and accurately
- • Conduct timely performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
- • Oversee receipt, verification and storage of incoming shipments
- • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks
- • Ensure orderly storage of materials and track product locations
- • Communicate inventory discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions
