Job Description
The Revenue Officer I will support Nairobi City County’s revenue mobilization efforts by collecting taxes, monitoring compliance, and preparing financial reports. The role requires strong analytical abilities and customer‑service orientation to ensure accurate and timely revenue collection. Interaction with taxpayers and internal teams is a daily component.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline
- • Minimum 2 years of experience in revenue collection, taxation or public finance
- • Strong numerical and analytical skills
- • Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities
- • Proficiency in MS Office and financial reporting tools
