Job Description
The Rider will transport passengers safely across Nairobi while using GPS navigation to select optimal routes. Responsibilities include maintaining the motorcycle, adhering to traffic regulations, and handling packages of varying weights. Candidates must hold a valid motorcycle licence and possess at least one to two years of riding experience.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Clean, valid motorcycle driver’s licence
- • Certificate of good conduct and national ID
- • Minimum 1–2 years experience in riding, delivery or courier services
- • Ability to operate a smartphone for navigation and order management
- • Good physical stamina and alertness for long working hours
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Transport passengers safely and comfortably, following all traffic laws
- • Use GPS and the driver app to accept trips and select the most efficient routes
- • Keep the motorcycle clean, well‑maintained and in good working order
- • Perform routine inspections and report any mechanical issues promptly
- • Handle delivery of packages of different sizes and weights when required
- • Provide courteous customer service and ensure passenger satisfaction
- • Maintain required documentation such as a valid licence, ID and certificate of good conduct
