Job Description
The Risk & Compliance Officer will safeguard store employees, customers and assets by maintaining a secure environment and ensuring regulatory compliance. Duties include investigating incidents, reporting to management, liaising with police and delivering safety training. The role requires strong organizational abilities and effective communication skills.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Diploma in Criminology, Security Management or related field
- • Minimum 2 years experience in security and compliance management
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- • Strong organizational, multitasking and problem‑solving abilities

Responsibilities
- • Protect employees, customers and assets by maintaining a safe store environment
- • Assist in investigations, document incidents and prepare reports
- • Apprehend suspected criminals and follow suspect‑handling procedures
- • Liaise with police for criminal investigations at the store level
- • Ensure compliance with all relevant security and regulatory policies
- • Conduct safety and shrinkage training for store staff
- • Monitor and enforce adherence to store‑level procedures and policies
