Job Description
The Relationship Manager – Partnership will develop and nurture a network of strategic partners, referral sources and sector forums to expand women‑focused banking services. The role involves identifying partnership opportunities, coordinating joint initiatives and driving qualified leads for the bank. The incumbent will collaborate with product and sales teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and monitor partnership performance.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field
- • Proven experience in partnership or relationship management
- • Strong communication and negotiation skills
- • Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities
- • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across functions
