Job Description
The Roving Project Manager will lead high‑impact, cross‑functional strategic initiatives on behalf of the CEO, coordinating transformation, digital, and governance projects across the organization. The role requires senior‑level project leadership, stakeholder influence, and the ability to drive results in complex environments.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc/HND) with an MBA, MSc, or MA preferred.
- • Eight to ten years of relevant professional experience, including at least five years in a leadership role.
- • Proven track record of managing complex, multi‑disciplinary projects.
- • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
- • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
