Job Description
The ICT Officer for the Co‑operative Bank’s SACCO division plans, coordinates and implements technology solutions to support the Union’s business units. Responsibilities include managing infrastructure projects, ensuring system reliability and continuously improving the ICT environment. The role requires a degree in ICT or related field and relevant experience.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in ICT, Computer Science or related field
- • Proven experience in ICT management or support
- • Strong knowledge of networking, servers and system administration
- • Ability to manage projects and coordinate with stakeholders
- • Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills

Responsibilities
- • Plan, coordinate and implement ICT infrastructure projects across the Cooperative Union
- • Manage and maintain network, server and communication systems
- • Ensure continuous improvement of technology environment and service delivery
- • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for business units
- • Monitor system performance and implement upgrades as needed
- • Develop and enforce ICT policies, standards and security measures
