Job Description
The Safety Coach is responsible for training loading personnel on safe handling procedures and leading daily safety briefings to ensure a zero‑incident environment at Platinum Outsourcing and Logistics.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Experience in occupational health and safety or related field
- • Strong communication and instructional skills
- • Ability to assess risks and enforce safety standards

- • Demonstrate safe loading, unloading and handling techniques to staff
- • Conduct daily Tier 1 safety meetings and achieve full attendance
- • Monitor workplace practices and provide corrective guidance
- • Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement
