Job Description
The Sales Agent will generate and nurture property sales leads across multiple channels, guiding prospective buyers through viewings and negotiations. They will maintain accurate client records in the CRM and provide regular performance reports. Building strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords and developers is essential to meet monthly sales targets.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Previous experience in real estate, sales, business development or customer‑facing roles (preferred).
- • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- • Confident and professional demeanor when dealing with clients.
- • Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and able to work independently.
- • Good knowledge of Nairobi’s property market (advantageous).
- • Comfortable using CRM systems, social media and online property platforms.
- • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- • Based in Nairobi, Kenya.

- • Generate and follow up on new property sales leads through calls, social media, referrals and online platforms.
- • Respond promptly to enquiries from prospective buyers and clients.
- • Understand clients' property requirements, budgets and preferences.
- • Present suitable residential and commercial properties to potential clients.
- • Arrange and conduct property viewings.
- • Maintain regular communication and follow‑up with prospective clients.
- • Negotiate with clients and assist in progressing transactions towards completion.
- • Develop and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords and property developers.
- • Identify new property opportunities and potential clients.
- • Keep all client and sales activities accurately updated in the company's CRM.
- • Meet agreed monthly sales and lead‑generation targets.
- • Provide regular reports on leads, follow‑ups, viewings, offers and completed transactions.
- • Maintain a professional image and represent JB Diaspora Realty positively in the market.
