Job Description
The Sales Agent will generate new internet service customers in Utawala and nearby areas through proactive field outreach. Responsibilities include lead generation, presenting package options, and converting prospects into active subscribers while maintaining strong client relationships. The role also requires accurate reporting of sales activities and achievement of weekly and monthly targets.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Previous sales experience is an added advantage
- • Good communication and interpersonal skills
- • Self‑motivated, energetic and target‑driven
- • Knowledge of Utawala and surrounding areas is an advantage
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Identify and approach prospective customers within Utawala and surrounding areas
- • Conduct door‑to‑door and other field sales activities to generate leads
- • Explain internet packages, pricing, promotions and service benefits to prospects
- • Convert qualified leads into new customers and follow up on enquiries
- • Maintain positive customer relationships throughout the sales process
- • Meet weekly and monthly sales targets
- • Prepare and submit accurate daily and weekly sales activity reports
