Job Description
The Sales and Marketing Assistant will convert social‑media leads into qualified sales opportunities by conducting outbound calls, presenting products and closing deals. The role involves maintaining accurate records in the CRM, reporting performance metrics, and collaborating closely with the marketing team to optimise lead generation. Strong communication and persuasion skills are essential for success.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
- • Minimum 6 months of telesales, telemarketing or inside‑sales experience
- • Excellent communication, listening and persuasion abilities
- • Goal‑oriented, resilient and able to work under tight deadlines
- • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM platforms

- • Follow up promptly on leads generated from social‑media campaigns
- • Conduct outbound telesales calls, present product offerings and handle objections
- • Convert qualified leads into sales and achieve assigned targets
- • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients

- • Provide regular sales reports and collaborate with the marketing team
