Job Description
The Sales & Marketing Officer generates new business opportunities, promotes products and services, and executes both field and digital marketing activities. They build and maintain client relationships, manage leads through the sales pipeline, and strive to meet monthly sales targets. Reporting on performance and market outreach is also a key part of the role.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- • Ability to work independently in a target‑driven environment

- • Prospect and engage potential clients through field and digital channels
- • Promote and sell the company’s products and services
- • Conduct market outreach, lead generation, and pipeline management
- • Build and maintain strong client relationships
- • Follow up on leads, convert prospects into sales, and achieve monthly targets
- • Prepare and submit regular sales performance reports
