Job Description
The sales and marketing coordinator will expand Optiquase’s market share in the animal feed sector by acquiring new customers, developing distribution channels and leading a team to achieve sales targets. The role combines strategic planning, client engagement and team supervision.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc/HND) or diploma
- • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing with supervisory responsibilities
- • Strong communication, negotiation and organizational skills
- • Ability to analyse market trends and identify business opportunities

- • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and acquire customers in the animal feed market
- • Develop and expand distribution channels to increase market penetration
- • Conduct sales visits, negotiate contracts and build strong client relationships
- • Design and implement sales and marketing plans, promotional activities and customer acquisition strategies
- • Supervise the sales and marketing team, providing guidance to meet individual and team targets
- • Monitor performance, prepare sales reports and forecasts
- • Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities and industry trends
