Job Description
The Sales Assistant will deliver exceptional customer service at Vivo’s retail outlets while driving sales growth. Responsibilities include maintaining visual standards, managing inventory, and processing transactions efficiently. The role supports the store’s revenue targets through upselling, cross‑selling and accurate stock handling.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Diploma in Business, Retail Management or related field
- • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or retail environment
- • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- • Good organisational and time‑management skills
- • Familiarity with POS systems and MS Office
