Job Description
The Sales Associate will deliver exceptional customer service in a fashion retail environment, guiding shoppers to suitable products, maintaining store presentation, and driving sales through effective merchandising and POS operations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • College diploma or equivalent
- additional study in fashion merchandising or retail management is a plus
- • Proven retail sales experience, preferably in fashion or mall retail
- • Passion for fashion and strong sense of style trends
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities
- • Greet customers and engage them to understand fashion preferences and needs
- • Provide personalized recommendations and styling advice for clothing, accessories and bags
- • Demonstrate in‑depth product knowledge including fabrics, sizes, colours and trends
- • Keep the shop clean, organized and visually appealing
- • Ensure merchandise is maintained in excellent condition
- • Process transactions accurately using the POS system
- • Address customer inquiries, concerns and complaints professionally
- • Promote upcoming promotions, sales events and new arrivals to drive cross‑selling
- • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and foster a positive work environment
- • Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
- • Follow company policies and standard operating procedures
