Job Description
The Sales & Marketing Associate internship supports the workshop’s sales and marketing activities through customer engagement and content creation. The role handles enquiries across social media platforms, assists clients in person, and helps generate and follow up on leads. Additionally, the intern creates visual content for social media and maintains organized records of interactions. This position offers a three‑month placement with potential for longer‑term employment.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Confident and comfortable communicating with customers both online and in person
- • Proficient in using Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp for customer engagement
- • Skilled at taking photos and videos for social media purposes
- • Strong organizational and follow‑up abilities
- • Friendly, professional demeanor when interacting with clients
- • Willingness to work from the workshop and engage directly with customers
- • Based in or around Nairobi and able to work from the Wajir Road workshop

- • Respond to customer enquiries via Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and phone calls
- • Engage with clients in person at the workshop to ensure a positive experience
- • Capture photos and videos of ongoing and completed jobs for social media content
- • Assist in planning and creating engaging content for social media platforms
- • Follow up on leads and enquiries to support sales conversion
- • Maintain organized records of customer enquiries, leads, and follow‑ups
