Job Description
The Sales & Marketing Executive will drive revenue growth by identifying new market opportunities, creating and executing sales strategies, and promoting the company’s services. Responsibilities include conducting presentations, generating leads, and collaborating with the marketing team on campaigns. Performance will be tracked against KPIs to continuously improve sales effectiveness.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree a plus)
- • Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably within a similar industry
- • Strong sales acumen, negotiation skills, and a track record of achieving targets
- • Excellent communication and presentation abilities

- • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, addressing needs and ensuring satisfaction
- • Collaborate with marketing to create promotional materials and campaigns
- • Plan and execute marketing events and promotions to drive lead generation
- • Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and analyze data to improve initiatives
- • Provide market trend and competitor insights to inform product and pricing decisions
