Job Description
The Sales & Marketing Executive – Hospitality drives revenue growth by securing corporate accounts and promoting hotel accommodation, conference facilities, meeting packages, catering and banqueting services. The role requires strong prospecting, negotiation and client relationship skills.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Tourism or a related field
- • Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel sales and marketing, with proven MICE and corporate sales track record

- • Identify and acquire corporate accounts for hotel accommodation and event services
- • Promote MICE and conference facilities to target markets
- • Conduct prospecting, negotiations and presentations to secure bookings
- • Manage client relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels
- • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored hospitality solutions
- • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
