Job Description
The Sales Person drives revenue growth for branding, signage and printing services by generating leads, managing client relationships and converting opportunities into sales.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- • 2–3 years proven sales experience, preferably in branding, signage or printing industry
- • Demonstrated ability to generate leads and achieve sales targets
- • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within Nairobi and surrounding areas
- • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals and online channels
- • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- • Conduct client visits, presentations and needs assessments
- • Prepare accurate quotations and sales proposals
- • Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within approved guidelines
- • Manage the sales process from lead generation through closing
- • Coordinate order fulfilment with production and internal teams
- • Follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- • Research market trends, competitors and potential new sectors
- • Maintain accurate records of leads, quotations and sales activities in CRM
- • Provide regular sales performance reports to management
