Job Description
The Sales Personnel will present and sell company products and services, develop action plans to target prospects, and manage client relationships. They will follow up on leads, maintain sales materials, and ensure contracts are activated and serviced. The role requires a diploma, at least one year of sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a self‑motivated attitude.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • At least a Diploma in a related field.
- • Minimum one year of experience in a similar sales capacity.
- • Aggressive, self‑motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
- • Good communication skills.

- • Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
- • Prepare action plans and schedules to identify targets and project contact numbers.
- • Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from field activity.
- • Identify sales prospects and contact assigned accounts.
- • Develop and maintain sales materials and up‑to‑date product knowledge.
- • Establish and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
- • Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services.
- • Manage account services through quality checks and follow‑up.
- • Communicate new product and service opportunities, developments, and feedback to relevant staff.
