Job Description
The Sales Representative will expand the healthcare staffing platform by onboarding qualified healthcare professionals and securing partnerships with clinics and hospitals. They will conduct outreach, guide users through registration, and nurture relationships to generate recurring staffing demand.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Diploma in Business, Marketing or a related field
- • 1–3 years of experience in sales, field sales, business development or recruitment
- • Strong communication skills in English and Kiswahili
- • Ability to work independently, meet targets and manage multiple client relationships
- • Familiarity with healthcare environments is an advantage
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Introduce the healthcare staffing platform to doctors, nurses and other professionals and explain its benefits
- • Recruit and assist healthcare professionals to complete registration, profile verification and onboarding
- • Follow up with users who have incomplete profiles to ensure full verification
- • Identify and approach clinics, medical centres and dental practices to promote the platform
- • Conduct product demonstrations, negotiate agreements and support facilities in posting staffing needs
- • Maintain accurate records of contacts, activities and pipeline in the CRM system
