Job Description
The Sales Trainee programme offers a structured on‑the‑job training experience within East African Cables’ sales team, focusing on product knowledge, market outreach, and customer engagement. Trainees will follow a defined curriculum, maintain records of competencies, and develop a solid understanding of the company’s cable and accessory solutions.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, Sales & Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
- • Diploma in Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Business or other relevant discipline (optional)

Responsibilities
- • Participate in a structured on‑the‑job training programme under the guidance of the Regional Sales Manager and designated supervisors
- • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, rules and standards
- • Demonstrate initiative, responsibility and commitment throughout the training period
- • Follow the assigned training programme and maintain records of areas covered and competencies acquired
- • Develop comprehensive knowledge of the company’s products, applications, features and specifications
