Job Description
The School Driver is responsible for safely transporting learners and staff to school and related activities, maintaining vehicle safety and punctuality while adhering to all transport regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Aged between 35 and 40 years.
- • Valid driving licence covering Class D1, D2 and D3 categories.
- • Certificate of Good Conduct.
- • Experience driving a school bus or in a similar institutional setting is advantageous.
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Transport learners, staff and authorized persons safely to and from school and related activities.
- • Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues promptly.
- • Maintain accurate trip, fuel and mileage records.
- • Adhere to traffic laws, school transport procedures and safety protocols.
- • Ensure punctual pick‑ups and drop‑offs according to the schedule.
- • Assist with any additional duties assigned by school management.
