Job Description
The SD‑WAN L2 Engineer provides second‑level support for the company’s SD‑WAN infrastructure, troubleshooting network issues and ensuring optimal performance. They work in rotational shifts, collaborate with the NOC team and contribute to network reliability across the organization.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- • 3–6 years of experience in networking, with at least 2 years hands‑on SD‑WAN
- • Strong knowledge of routing, switching and network security concepts
- • Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools
- • Ability to work rotational shifts and provide on‑call support

- • Configure, monitor and maintain SD‑WAN devices and services
- • Provide L2 troubleshooting and resolution for networking incidents
- • Perform network performance analysis and recommend improvements
- • Collaborate with NOC Manager and other teams during rotational shifts and on‑call support
- • Document network changes, incidents and resolutions
- • Stay updated on SD‑WAN technologies and best practices
