Job Description
The chaplain partners with students, staff, and parents to design and lead spiritual programs that nurture faith, character, and service among middle and high school learners. The role provides pastoral care, counseling, and crisis support while modeling Christian values. It also mentors student leaders and collaborates on age‑appropriate chapel and spiritual events.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc/HND) or higher
- MBA/MSc/MA preferred
- • Proficiency in English and basic technology skills
- • Commitment to Rosslyn Academy’s Christian beliefs and statements on diversity
- • Preferred degree in Theology or Ministry (Bachelor’s or Master’s)
- • Experience in intercultural or international school ministry
- • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and work effectively with adolescents

- • Design, plan and lead chapels, Spiritual Emphasis Week and other faith‑based programs
- • Mentor and train student leaders to participate in spiritual activities
