Job Description
The Sector Head drives revenue growth within the Telecommunications, Media and Technology and Industrials segment by leading business development and risk management activities. They identify new opportunities, build relationships with key customers, and oversee the delivery of products and services. The role requires strong sales acumen and strategic planning abilities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (BA/BSc/HND)
- • Minimum five years’ experience in sales, business development or related fields
- • Strong knowledge of telecommunications, media and technology markets
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Identify and pursue sales opportunities with new and existing public‑sector and infrastructure customers
- • Develop and execute business development strategies to meet changing market needs
- • Manage customer relationships, communicate service standards, pricing and product updates
- • Monitor and resolve customer complaints, ensuring high service quality
- • Conduct competitive analysis and support market research initiatives
- • Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver solutions and achieve revenue targets
- • Oversee risk management and compliance within the portfolio
