Job Description
Responsible for overseeing the security team, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring the safety of personnel and assets across the organization. The supervisor coordinates shift schedules, monitors CCTV systems, and responds to incidents promptly. They also prepare incident reports and liaise with law enforcement as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Diploma or equivalent qualification in security management or related field
- • Minimum of 3 years experience in security operations, preferably in a supervisory role
- • Strong leadership and team‑management abilities
- • Excellent communication and report‑writing skills
- • Ability to make quick decisions under pressure
