Job Description
The Senior Accounting Manager will lead the accounting function for a growing financial services firm, overseeing financial reporting, compliance, and team performance. Responsibilities include preparing statements, managing audits, and implementing accounting policies. The role requires strong leadership and expertise in full‑cycle accounting.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or ACCA preferred)
- • Minimum 5 years experience in senior accounting roles within financial services
- • In‑depth knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory compliance
- • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
- • Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel
