Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
- • Minimum 5 years experience in ICT management, preferably in an educational setting
- • Demonstrated leadership and project management capabilities
- • Strong problem‑solving and communication skills

- • Develop and implement the ICT strategic plan for the institution
- • Manage ICT staff, providing leadership, coaching, and performance oversight
- • Ensure reliable operation of networks, servers, and classroom technologies
- • Oversee budgeting, procurement, and vendor relationships for ICT services
- • Support academic departments with technology integration and training
- • Monitor compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements
