Job Description
The Senior Associate – Early Years will lead analytical workstreams for client projects focused on early childhood education and development. The role involves designing research approaches, managing data, producing evidence‑based outputs and engaging with senior government and donor stakeholders. Candidates must have an advanced degree and at least three years of relevant analytical experience. Strong consulting, problem‑solving and communication skills are essential.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • MBA, MSc or MA in Education, Development Studies, Economics or related discipline
- • Minimum three years of substantive analytical experience in early‑years or education sector
- • Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills
- • Excellent written and verbal communication with senior audiences
- • High ethical standards, integrity and ability to work independently
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Design and lead analytical workstreams for early‑years client engagements
- • Manage data collection, analysis and evidence synthesis from start to delivery
- • Develop workplans, oversee project finances and coordinate internal and external teams
- • Produce high‑quality reports, policy briefs and presentations for senior stakeholders
- • Engage directly with government officials, donors and partners to present findings
- • Ensure methodological rigour and adherence to project timelines
- • Contribute to business development by identifying new research opportunities
