The Senior Associate will expand VIDA's portfolio in climate and energy sectors by cultivating relationships with donors, partners and clients. They will identify new funding opportunities, support proposal development, and contribute to strategic growth initiatives. Strong stakeholder management and a solid understanding of climate‑related financing are essential.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Studies, Business, or a related field
- • Minimum 3 years of experience in donor relations or climate‑related finance
- • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- • Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities
