Job Description
The Senior Associate, Talent Acquisition partners with hiring managers to source, assess and secure top talent for the organization. They manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from candidate outreach and screening through interview coordination and onboarding, while promoting the employer brand. The role requires strong stakeholder management and expertise in recruitment best practices.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc/HND) in a relevant field
- • Minimum 6 years experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 5 years in a senior capacity
- • Proven ability to manage full‑cycle recruitment for diverse roles
- • Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Utilize job boards, social media, networking and referrals to source qualified candidates
- • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate fit and competencies
- • Serve as primary point of contact for candidates, providing updates and feedback throughout the process
- • Schedule interviews, coordinate logistics and manage candidate travel arrangements as needed
- • Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and generate recruitment metrics reports
- • Support employer branding initiatives by creating and sharing engaging recruitment content
- • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and documentation requirements
