Job Description
The Senior Business Analyst bridges business and technical teams, translating requirements into clear specifications and overseeing solution testing. The role involves managing the requirements lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals, and supporting delivery of high‑quality solutions for the insurance sector. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree, CBAP certification, and at least five years of relevant experience.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field
- • CBAP certification (mandatory)
- • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business analysis on complex projects
- • Knowledge of insurance industry processes and multi‑market environments
- • PMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma, or Agile certification is an advantage
