Job Description
The Senior Consultant will support ASA’s global‑health consulting practice by leading business development, producing high‑quality proposals and providing technical oversight on engagements. The role demands at least ten years of experience in global health, health financing or public finance and strong consulting skills.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc/HND) or higher
- • Ten years of experience in global health, health financing or public finance consulting
- • Proven track record in business development and proposal writing
- • Strong leadership and analytical abilities
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Build and convert a pipeline of government, donor and foundation opportunities from qualification through submission
- • Lead development of country‑owned concept notes and proposals, translating stakeholder discussions into compelling documents
- • Provide technical oversight for engagements once contracts are won
- • Support business development activities and coordinate with MSH’s development teams
- • Contribute to the firm’s strategic positioning in the global‑health sector
