Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or Engineering
- • Minimum 7 years experience in cost management and value engineering
- • Strong proficiency in cost estimating software and Excel
- • Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
- • Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams
