Job Description
The Senior Credit Analyst will manage the bank’s credit risk exposure by evaluating borrower performance, assigning risk ratings, monitoring limits and developing risk‑management policies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • MBA, MSc or MA with a professional certification
- • Minimum 10 years of experience in credit risk analysis or related finance roles
- • Proven ability to assess credit risk and develop risk‑mitigation strategies
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Evaluate financial performance of borrowers and assign appropriate risk ratings
- • Monitor credit limits, exposures and portfolio characteristics to manage risk appetite
- • Develop and review credit risk management policies and procedures
- • Conduct risk reviews and provide expert feedback on credit applications
- • Present risk assessments and recommendations to senior credit committees
- • Support business development officers during structuring of credit facilities
