Job Description
The Senior Finance Officer will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting for ACTED’s humanitarian programmes in Nairobi. They will ensure compliance with donor regulations and internal controls while supervising finance staff. The role also supports audit processes and contributes to strategic financial decisions.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
- • Minimum five years of experience in financial management, preferably in the humanitarian sector
- • Strong knowledge of donor compliance and financial reporting standards
- • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- • Excellent analytical and communication skills
