Job Description
The Senior Global Fellows Manager will oversee the Africa region of the WomenLift Health Global Fellows program, implementing workplans that align with the cross‑regional strategy. The role involves building relationships with fellows, facilitating transitions, and showcasing impact stories while providing ongoing mentorship and resource access.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • MBA, MSc or MA in a relevant discipline
- • 9–11 years of relevant experience, including senior‑level leadership
- • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and teams
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Implement the Africa workplan in line with the global Fellows strategy
- • Collaborate with hub colleagues to transition women from the Leadership Journey into the Fellows community
- • Build and maintain relationships with Africa‑based Fellows, tracking their progress and challenges
- • Lead the collection and dissemination of Fellows’ impact stories
- • Support Fellows in advancing their Health Leadership Projects by providing expertise and network access
- • Facilitate peer connections and mentorship among Fellows
