Job Description
The Senior HR Officer will lead human‑resources initiatives for hospitality clients, managing recruitment, employee relations, and talent development. This position ensures compliance with labour regulations and drives HR strategies that enhance workforce performance. The officer will also act as a key advisor to management on HR matters.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality or service industries
- • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
- • Excellent interpersonal, coaching and problem‑solving abilities
