Job Description
The Senior Human Resource Officer oversees all HR functions for the Flowers Division, driving talent acquisition, employee development, and compliance with labor regulations. They partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with operational goals and foster a high‑performance culture.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- • At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in agribusiness
- • In‑depth knowledge of Kenyan labor legislation and HR best practices
- • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities
- • Proven track record of driving employee engagement and development

- • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures for the division
- • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent management initiatives
- • Manage employee relations, performance appraisal, and disciplinary processes
