Job Description
The Senior Human Resource Officer will oversee HR activities for the Flowers division, maintaining organograms, job descriptions and recruitment processes. The role manages performance management, talent development, employee relations and ensures compliance with labour legislation. Experience in floriculture and familiarity with social audit standards are advantageous.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources or related field
- • Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or agricultural environment
- • Knowledge of HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities
- • Maintain accurate divisional organograms and approved job descriptions
- • Coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding for operational and supervisory positions
- • Develop and monitor employee KPIs, coordinate performance reviews and improvement initiatives
- • Maintain talent records, support succession planning and coordinate employee training programmes
- • Provide first‑line HR support, address employee concerns and advise on HR policies
- • Ensure HR practices comply with labour law and statutory deductions
