Job Description
The Senior Human Resources Officer will lead the design and delivery of HR services, ensuring effective recruitment, performance management and staff development for Missions of Hope International. The role involves analyzing staffing needs, managing payroll, and overseeing employee welfare programs. Strong knowledge of labor law and HR systems is essential.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- • Professional HR certification (e.g., IHRM membership) and solid knowledge of labor legislation
- • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a nonprofit or mission‑based environment
- • Excellent communication, organisational and analytical abilities
- • High level of integrity, motivation and commitment to Christian values

- • Analyse current and future staffing requirements and develop recruitment strategies
- • Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes and fill vacancies within agreed timelines
- • Process payroll accurately and ensure compliance with deadlines
- • Identify training needs, design curricula and deliver development programmes
- • Coordinate performance management cycles, including appraisals and feedback
- • Manage employee benefits, medical coverage and welfare initiatives
